Sensei Ian Key

Ian started Jitsu a long time ago, 1991, at Brunel University Jitsu Club. After a 7 year gap, he returned to Brunel University Jitsu Club where in 2002 he achieved brown belt and took over teaching the club. In 2005, the coveted black belt (shodan) was achieved.

After 11 years teaching Brunel University Jitsu Club, he finally handed it over to another instructor and promptly took over teaching Tadley Jitsu Club, when it's instructor left to travel the world for a 7 month honeymoon.

In July 2016, he achieved second dan (nidan).

Using his experience from Aiki Jitsu and other Jitsu styles (along with a Judo background), he brings nuances to the club, challenging perceptions.
